They won’t need so managers when they switch to 1 person train crew..
If y'all don't think One man crews will be the new normal, I bet the train crews on a caboose never thought a F.R.E.D. would eliminate their job as well. It's coming, just hope you have enough seniority.
I am not in TE&Y, if this is true a silver lining maybe that UP starts maintaining the right of ways again.
One man crews don't sleep.
Conductor caught sleeping again on camera. Refuses to protect the job. Do you really expect UP to not go after the job? Self infliction on this one.
The sickening part is we have pat on back traitors that take part in these programs. Anyone know if the conductor in the video is real? Blanket party for that guy if he is.
