Does anyone know when the 2026 RSUs that were awarded will show in our benefits online account?

@f6 you didn't need to call.
Anybody have trouble selling though the app. When I tried to sell long at market I received an error that I’m covered by AIM policy. I’m not a private side employee.
I had to call to a live person to sell.
3 days for settlement after your award date.
March 1 = Vest
March 4 = settlement
March 5 = delivered to your account.
This is the SEC settlement rules, not the bank.
But they could just pay us cas$h and call it a day without all this accounting/control silliness.
California here - i multiply shares awarded by 0.625% withheld (Fed and State, FICA, SSA, etc.), which seems to net out accurately.
Which is a long way of saying these RSUs ain't worth sh*t.
Also makes my tax prep more complicated than it needs to be.
Give me cash and call it a day.
Should be soon (everyone's replies so far are about 2025 or prior RSUs). They haven't sent out the accept your award email yet to everyone.
@az Fair point but not applicable to me in TX (no state income tax)
@ag Depending on your state and local taxes, tax deductions could be total 36 percent. It appears that there is a DEFAULT 20 percent FEDERAL TAX on top of local taxes AND FICA. After deductions, then ML round down to whole number of shares. I do not understand why partial shares cannot be recorded and maintained in the system. I have stock outside the company and their system maintains partial shares for dividend reinvestment. I guess ML is still in the stone ages with their legacy apps not supporting decimals.
@ag And to add even further insult to injury..they removed the linked bank account I had set up in my Merrill acct..which means I have to wait even longer to sell the paltry 38 RSU's, can't sell today in order to break even or close to it. No, now I have to wait for them to make tiny deposits to my bank account for me to confirm in order to add it as a linked account. Which will take a couple days. And during those couple days the value of the RSUs will continue dropping, which happens every.single.year immediately after RSUs vest. The sadism never ends.
My 55 RSU's vested today. They withheld 36% of the RSU's as a tax, net RSU's vesting = 38. Tax of 36 fscking percent!! My personal tax rate is nowhere close to 36%. Can someone explain this?
I see it in my Investor account today
A notice went out last week that it would take 4-6 days, however, if you are planning on selling right away, historically the stock price drops in March. Better off to wait for an uptick if you really need the cash.
