By observational analysis USC is where leadership stacks the deck on their pronoun quotas. With it being statistically irrational for it to be performance based. I'm pretty sure they will be safe. At least the chosen ones.
Maybe leadership will return to focusing on revenue and margins instead of other feel good activities
Cut the AMs and SEs who were doing the actual business, and then add a bunch of ODs who were responsible for interpreting reports and making grand pronouncements.
They need to layoff our region leadership & HGO OD & SSEM. Awful sales and engineering leaders. No accountability. SSEM thinks he is a mini-OD.
