If you hate it here so much, you can always leave. Nobody is forcing you to stay.

To the originally poster who is 'tired of hearing people complain': Nobody is forcing you to read this forum.
3M is no longer the company I once knew, there was a time it felt as though being an employee meant something. It is challenging to see people lose their jobs when it is not based on performance.
The person up there who complained about people not working 8 hours.. first of all, I don’t get the feeling that is what is being discussed on this website… and what someone does over their lunch hour is none of your business.
Leaving 3M is a hard decision and takes time for a person to process. I am glad to see there are some people who are happy and enthusiastic to be at 3M.. I hope to get there again one day, or land somewhere else.
🤦🏼♂️If I had a dollar every time a boomer brain insulted me……
I could afford a decent house in Woodbury in the economy they ruined.
This comment, “You can leave” tells us more about you than the intent of your message.
Your verbiage is irrelevant, immaterial, and incompetent.
I can't believe what pi-s poor attitudes have been expressed both here on this web site and around the "office" (moat people I work with are still remote).
The entitlement mindset combined with the pathetic work ethic of the under 40 crowd has drained the morale and performance of this company.
I for one will be happy to see WYW go away as expected in the spring. Those who refuse to put out a full 8 hours of productive work, working in the same open work space with the boomers, will be found out and given a performance improvement plan. Like someone said early, work or get fired. No more sleeping in and taking lunch naps.
The "you can leave" comment is juvenile and is used when you don't want to to face the truth. People are simply expressing their views.
Nobody other than yourself, that is.
