I was eliminated after 10 years when they did away with WFH. At first, it was a shock, then endless job hunting. But I found a great new job and let me just tell you .... there's freedom on the other side! Leave if you can. You deserve so much better than that he-l hole. There's a whole new world out here where companies actually give a cr-p about their employees. It's truly been a culture shock!
I would take it in a heartbeat.
