That's right. You're paying me to drag my feet and pi-s off the customers more than your India tech support.

I talk with my customers and they see the writing on the wall. They are patiently waiting for their contract to end so they can run away from this dying company.

I am purposely feeding your AI incorrect data on repairs so it's recommendations for future repairs are incorrect.

I show usage on parts and throw them away, especially parts that are being escalated and flood my email.

I talk to competitors. They know when and who to chase and close that deal. There is a game plan and it's unraveling seamlessly.

I live to watch this company tumble. I have money saved. I have no children. I am here to take advantage and exploit the flaws of X.

I can not say I feel sorry for you lad. Us old timers have been working Holidays for years. Most of us prefer it. It’s quiet and we get a chance to goof around while management isn’t paying attention. The extra money isn’t bad either. The are other issues to complain about but this isn’t it kid.

I can’t believe this tech is complaining about having a job, getting paid overtime, and having minimum work to do while people are getting laid off around the country. Sad mentality and soft culture is to blame.

Another tech whining about getting overtime. Good lord we hired you take care of our customers. If you want company holidays off then transfer to sales, admin or upper management. Merry Christmas on Sunday and take care of our hard earned customers on Monday like we hired you to do. Or take a vacation day.

You people are beyond incredible.
Thats why people have left this place in drones, and are continuing to do so.
Companies like xerox could care less about anything that worker bees want.

And still people come on here, all high and mighty, with at best a tin plated condescending attitude, telling is we should all be honored to be paid by xerox.

Everyone has left for a lot of reasons. And yes likely this was one of them.

It should be optional. If you don’t work, don’t pay. If you do work, then pay.

But xerox to jam a stupid idea like this down every techs throat, because we need to service our customer base? What customer base????? Who the heck is left, worth anything? Garbage accounts no one in their right mind would want to service. I mean no one.

People have left this organization to get away from insane xerox policies and condescending people like you.

Just keep working until you die, all for the sake of making the dividend go up a nickel. Nice people. Let me tell you.
