@bx 4/1 is when WFH changes from 3x2 to 4x1.
Tuesday, shmoozday. Any layoff of any size always happens on Fridays so people can't mope about it all week in the office and it's a dead Media day.
Bury the bad news over the weekend when people are distracted.
