You’re looking at it wrong. I think Jane is a genius.

Forget ethics, what’s right, what’s wrong, what makes sense.
Amongst all the noise, she’s protected herself and has managed to convince everyone that it was the right thing to do to give her a HUGE bump in pay multiple years in a row+bonus+stock awards all the while laying people off.

No push back, no votes, no bartering….just BAM!!! It all happened the way she wanted as she wanted.

How is that not smart of her to benefit while others are suffering. She’s got a laser focused mind on taking care of herself. How is that not smart of her?

Jane is a C U Next Tuesday of the highest magnitude. As is most of her EMT.

She saw an opportunity to boost her net worth and took it, took it fast. Is she d-mb, is she stup-d, I absolutely think not. The money for her is rolling in and she’s enjoying every single bit of it regardless of what else is going on.

I envy her opportunistic tenacity to look out for herself.

True. How nonsense that no one question her? Yes cutting people boosting stock price but she is not doing anything for this to get that raise. No one questioning that whom are they cutting? Because of managers like her (cu-t) citi is losing good resources over nonsense incapable politician which will make citi limp over the time.but again no one bothers and no one questions
