Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Any comments from today's All Hands Meeting?

Interested in anyone's opinion as my takeaway was that no decision has been finalized on capital financing largely due to lender(s) making it difficult (my opinion) & challenging or negotiating reasons for Out of Court vs In Court term sheets. Sounds like they know an In Court or Ch 11 filing will be prompted quickly by a rash of legal troubles & the Lenders threat legal action in an Out of Court decision, but I don't see how that would be in their best interest. And Alan knows Ch 11 will decimate his transition efforts & plans.

Any thoughts?

It was total BS, pure cr-p about looking to 2023 and ignoring all that is going on, I've lost faith in Alun he has not delivered what he said he would, I bet he could be Apollo mole

What news story came out today?

Agree 👍💯 with Frank.

Great question. Yes. It happened. It was in line with the news story that came out today (it appeared to be timed). So...Yes, appropriate to be discussed in an open forum per the OPEN and PUBLIC story.
However...it was everything that was in the article. We didn't learn anything different

A meeting was held with employees to provide an update. It was as informative and assuring as a CEO could be under the circumstances. That is my summary.
