Do other CHC Offices have Flex Time ?
I work for the Pitt office and we had ours taken away. I didn’t use it much but it was nice to know that I could work longer during the week (4 9 hour shifts) so that I may leave early on a day I or my kids had an appointment. I thought change offered a “work life balance”. Please reply and tell me if your office offers this.

I would reach out to Employee Relations. They should allow you to have make up time. I know other divisions have Flex Time.
