If you are a PO, PM, scrum lead, BA, RTE in P-M - how are you not losing your mind? The amount of administrative BS we have to do is pure insanity. I have no other word for it. How, on gods green earth, is this an efficient way to work?

Why have real humans when AI employees can work 24/7?
P-O-M seen as a success because it has pushed our best people out the door. GTFO while you can.
It's not really about efficiency. It's about making everything "automatable", now, or in the future. Is that realistic? I don't know, I have serious doubts. But literally all the eggs are in the AI automation basket. It'll either succeed or it'll fail, but there's no going back at this point.
Dermie's in charge of the P-O-M model and he must have delegated his authority to other clowns to drive out cost and generate mass confusion. The model comes from the McKinsey playbook to drive attrition and satisfy Lord Palpatine. Clients have already noticed and are concerned with the degraded service delivery and client focus.

I sat by the agile coaches before I left that dump. Absolutely nothing of substance. Ridiculous position
Our "agile coach" disappeared, but talk about all flash and no substance. Everything we heard could have been generated by a Google/AI query. Absolutely no real answer to any questions we had. Also had that godawful habit of saying "riiiight?" at the end of every sentence.
Product managers are an absolute disgrace. engineers continue to do 90% of the heavy lifting.
It’s purely that no one wants to be branded a dissenter. The majority of people working in P-M hate it. The nature of the 2 week repetitive cycle with barely any time to work on the installs is really not working. But we paid McKinsey a lot of money for this horse$h*t, and it will result in natural attrition. Just as Robin wants
None of this garbage works. Not sure who up top has their head up their a-s but all they have done is made a complete mess out of everything. they all have too many hands in everything by people who are not part of the day to day and know nothing about the processes or systems. Complete waste of time and resources
