I'm at the point where a pay cut sounds very much worth it if it means leaving this toxic place. I can't take much more of this culture.

@bd hey dipsh-t, the poster is talking about real psychological conditions like battered woman syndrome or Stockholm syndrome. What the fu-k else are we supposed to infer from OPs post? She cant take much more of the culture and the management abuse but still stays in the position. She’s the one that’s sick and needs therapy not the poster pointing it out.

Never understand posts like this…. I’ve never been so mad to make a post like this, and if I was, I would resign immediately. Life is too short.
