Only two to four weeks severance for voluntary package ?! Or is that per year of service?
I was interested to take coming volunteer package as well. Is it offered to all above 55 as default or to selected few? I am interviewing outside so prefer take some money before going if possible.

My manager today told me that we will have volunteer separation package coming but that is due in Jan 2023. That package is not as good as current one but allows senior employees ( age >55) to plan 6 months ahead as they choose mentor to train as a precondition to receive 2-4 weeks severance.
I am hoping to get that one while looking for job outside.
