Do you have to do it? Can they give you inventory overnight without even asking you?

In our store there's a very few colleagues doing inventory. Management are worry and the plan is colleagues coming in the morning when the store open will finish scanning. Also if the fulfillment colleagues finish with there picks and packing in the morning they will also starts scanning. Just in case there's no error and start rescanning again.
I guess the $5 extra incentive wasn’t worth it to you. Rough year…
There was a survey on it. I opted out of doing the overnight for inventory.
To my understanding, it’s mandatory for Salaried Executives. I’ve always understood it that way. I hope I’m wrong though. I’d love to say “thanks but no thank” this year after everything I’ve been through the last 2 months.
