Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Hey employees

Knowing the high price and seeing the terrible service given to customers behind the scenes, is there anyone currently employed by allsnake that still pays for their cr@p products??

Had all three H.O. & auto and umbrella with them. One day I got a mailer from State Farm which opened my eyes. Dealt with the agent and upped some coverages to match Allstate’s still saved way over 2k a year. Knowing how Allstate’s claim services are now I have no regrets with no rate increases either.

40+ year retiree. Auto policy ran me off. HO was competitive.
Had a tree hit the house and Allstate actually paid well. Very surprised. Premium increase was affordable so we stayed. Very surprised.

I have my home with Allstate still... moved my autos to Progressive for a 60% savings @ almost $3600 per year. That price optimization stuff is a B!+c#.

I have a feeling that they are using the same algorithm as price optimization to squeeze employees as hard as they can. Those that can't or won't go elsewhere, stay, and then they squeeze them some more.

@1crw+1kh4GeuL- WOW!! that was worthy of CIA type of misdirection... talk about projection, you must be an Allstate handler trying a mind game like that one.

The more you knock the company and customers flee, the less it has to pay their employees. That also results in the less workers being hired to alleviate the work load. So in essence it’s people like you who are making employees miserable with this negativity not the company itself.

Well …. There goes our retention bonus!! (Wasn’t gonna happen anyway). They announce earlier this year …. Ohhh what a great thing we’re doing for employees!! They knew then that it wasn’t gonna happen!

Former lousy service giver here, left the "Good Hands" with a middle finger waving at everyone after 24 years. Ended up switching to Hartford adding another vehicle since company car was gone and yearly rate was HALF what I was paying at Allstate. Don't ever be a loyal employee to any company.

Retired in November after very long career. Moved to another carrier for auto and home and saved 3500.00 a year. Would have stayed for grand difference but not 3.5 large. Sad story.

Please keep in mind that you are one of the people giving lousy service. I always laugh when I read posts like this. You’re a joke

Very few. Some boomers who just don’t want to change. I’ve pulled all of my family members out and obtained better coverage for less and know that the claims will be handled more efficiently and fairly.
