Just be liked by manager. You are liked because you su-k up, walk around and say fake hellos to important people, you raise your hand and volunteer for special team building jobs, you work in the office every day even when you have ability to WFH so you can spend as much time su-king up in person. You don’t have to be smart, just be a puppy dog, wag your tail and beg for attention.

Just look up title promotions in flagscape…. It tells you how you can get your titles. Mainly multiple years of one exceeds

AVP promotions are automatic based on your ratings over the past 3 years. I disagree with this approach especially when I saw an associate receive an AVP title even though he got caught cheating on his work so he could get the most touches.
