@dn isn't the ENTIRE point of Agile that this carefully constructed (yet extremely confusing) organizational system promotes the most efficient way to complete projects? So, yanking out critical players can only result in what...yeah, they don't care. They will save a few bucks on salaries and tolerate the failure of the project. This company mirrors so much of what is happening at large.

Yup... they all got cut, but yet are supposed to be pushing this new SDLC and DevOps way of working but yet cut all the AGILE coaches so it's a fn rodeo again while you have the blind leading the blind. This is disaster and week after week sitting here in limbo with no answers from the weakest leadership team ive ever seen in a company ever.

@av Am I the only one who found Agile vocabulary very Dungeons and Dragons? For those who were laid off, this is not funny; I am not making light of their loss. The casualty list is long. If you don't have text chains from your teams, share information to keep up. It's going to be really important to share the burden. This has become a spot to share information and concerns. Don't stop doing that.

IBS team got rid of all agile coaches/scrum masters for every product team. POs are now responsible for taking on all agile coaches/scrum masters responsibilities
