Finra 50% rule

Is there still a finra rule that requires licensed reps to be in the office 50% of the time? Or was that BS? My manager is telling me we are going to most likely be allowed to work from home 1 day a week moving forward. Anyone else hear anything like that?

Before covid working from home could not exceed 50%. That was the FINRA rule for licensed registered reps.

Not BS but Finra waived it 50% during to Covid, not sure how long that was for, otherwise each home would be considered a permanent office and the companies compliance department team would need to visit and inspect....

I don’t know, a lot of my BU was doing 3 or 4 days from home before and some are licensed so I guess it doesn’t apply? Odd.
