Can we at least relax for a few months now that this round is over?

I know for a fact more layoffs in development are happening Wednesday 2/18/2026
@am yes, just remaining CS will be laid off if they can't get hired at FT. That is a whole other thing. Evidently, they are setting up lots of new workstations on their sites. MOS and Cust OPs stays at FIS. Several CS staff moved over to MOS in anticipation. Others have taken jobs at Legacy Funds for less money. At this point, it is a real calculus to decide next steps. They have done everything they can to make it awful on every level.
@ah that’s applicable just to the CS floks though? Operations and support teams are safe?
@OP legacy Franklin Templeton employees are waiting for the other shoe to drop. February or March seems like a likely time due to consideration legally required for the Poznan staff under Polish law. The word is that FT can't commit to a final date to move all calls to them. It's not stressful AT ALL. It is Kafkaesque.
Layoffs seem to happen every other month and February is a short month....
