Can anyone still confirm leadership monitors this board? I remember the recruiting team managers were all over this board a year or two ago because feelings got hurt and top brass were getting pulse checks. Also, I know for a fact some of them commented here.

That’s basically HR or marketing’s job - to keep an eye on public posts and respond or inform others when needed. But since they don’t own or control social platforms, there’s not much they can actually do there.
At best, they can report a post if it’s illegal or breaks the platform’s rules.
I’m not sure about other platforms, but here there aren’t that many rules. That said, the mods are pretty strict about enforcing it, and they scrub posts regularly - not just when someone reports them.
So if you want your post to stay up, make sure it follows the site rules: don’t name non-execs, avoid slurs or threats, and when criticizing execs, focus on what they’ve done and how they’re performing, not on personal stuff or how they look.
