Is anybody else frustrated with the handling of Return to Office (RTO) mandates while remote employees continue to work from home, with no end in sight of RTO for them?
A large percentage of the company is still "FTE Remote" and am wondering how long do in-office employees have to stress about layoffs while remote employees continue to work at home.

The most obvious thing to smooth over the in-office workers was to offer more benefits or pay but they couldn’t even do that. They’re not even considering this in performance reviews. It shows a complete lack of independent thought or leadership.

Agree, there is something intrinsically unfair about all of this. Management have not handled it well at all.
Dont be a wa-ker. Because I am suffering from an unfair thing everyone should suffer from that unfair thing is p*ss poor form.
Life is not fair , so sad for YOU !
agree. not fair
The handling of the RTO demonstrates our feckless leadership and their inability to take ownership of poor management. Rather than promoting the successful part of the business they choose to cling to their old ways silowing progress and choosing old tech and process.
