I recently saw a list of at least 50 new hires and 96% of them were TN or H1-B. Ford is hiring droves of them.

@19b from Google: The TN work visa (USMCA Professional) allows Canadian and Mexican citizens to work in the U.S. in specific, pre-arranged, professional-level roles for up to 3 years per authorization, with no strict limits on renewals. It requires a job offer, relevant qualifications (usually a Bachelor’s degree), and intent to depart the U.S. afterward.
@1d6 Replace TN with Tennessee in some of those sentences (sentence fragments) below, you'll note it does not make sense. OMG
TN is Tennessee. OMG
Looks like no more Canadians. No TN now. Which isn't really a sponsorship. Been working in US for 30 years. Now it's hard to get TN. We will see how many Vehicles Ford will sell in Canada. Lol
What is “TN”?
That's surprising, most of the postings lately say no sponsorship even for TN. Maybe it's not the policy for new hires and just experienced level?
Many current Ford LL4s are on their TN and Green Card lottery winners.
That’s exactly why Ford is not on the buy list. Why?
@a1 you guessed correctly!
Get ready for non-stop recalls.
@OP what org? This is definitely a thing within CE1.
