If travel has not been booked for the sales conference then you’re next to go. Someone has to pay for the new HQ building.

Anyone in Sales? Has anyone's manager given the go ahead to book a flight for February's sales conference?

Too many game playing Chiefs have onboarded as many Indians as they can to prepare for times like this so they can jettison the excess Indians and say we cut 10% and save themselves and friends. C-suite needs to see through the smoke screen and take a chainsaw to it…and stop relying on consultants, so put your big boy/girl pants on and just get it done. You have an obligation to shareholders and not to the horde of employees and contractors under the roof.

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians, but the Chiefs say cut more Indians.

Whenever and wherever it happens, it just needs to get done. There’s a monstrous operational weight that’s crushing EBIDTA. Need to chop several thousand in headcount and evolve to become a true FinTech instead of a boring, slow-moving legacy bank core system provider. Swing the axe BOLDLY Steph.
