I can take on a CEO for a 10th of Lorenzo's wage if need be. I am finishing off my assessment in the Competence Management System and it looks just amazing. Just le me know if there is any improvement area I need to work on and whether you are planning to open a position in Workday for this position anytime soon and I'll dedicate all my core values to make this happen for the good of the Company. 15MUSD per year is an insult: nobody really deserves to earn that kind of money let alone someone like Lorenzo who is probably there just for pure lack, some social skills and a very big sponsor. Wonder whether the new Competency Management System (CMS) applies as well to the executives and how would they score in there. I wonder whether Lorenzo too needs to take now a number of online training courses and feel a few boxes to be deemed a competent CEO in the CMS :-D.
