Do you predict that there will be Archer Daniels Midland layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

With the new CIDO and shift to India based resources, there will probably be lay offs. It seems he is repeating what he did in his previous companies - Danone & P&G. It's sad to see the culture here changing so much and the removal of experienced VPs to bring in his own crew. ADM is losing a lot of in house knowledge. Looks like he's also putting unqualified people into senior roles, which will inevitably cause more unnecessary churn.
