3M's appeal is meritless. “The 7th Circuit should uphold Judge Graham’s thorough decision rejecting non-debtor 3M’s attempt to shield itself through the bankruptcy system,” they said. “We look forward to holding 3M accountable for causing irreversible hearing damage to hundreds of thousands of men and women who served our nation.”

I know all you lawyers and 'injured heroes' want 3M bankrupt and for everyone to lose their pensions, and it could happen. But this development is VERY VERY positive for 3M.
Is law suit right? I know that's the popular version of what went on with the ear plugs. And a lot of people like to believe that. I wish I could, but I was there. I wasn't here in a chat room, hoping I was right, thinking about it.
I was up to my knees in rice paddies, with ear plugs that didn't work. Going in there, looking for Charlie, slugging it out with him.
While people like you are back here partying, headbands on, doing dr-gs, and listening to the Beatle albums.
Unfortunately this diminishes 3,M's role with the Military Support Network. It can be perceived as a cover story to outwardly display patriotism when in fact 3M didn't care at all about our beautiful men and women who serve our county. The MSN members are to be honored and respected for their service. Management should not insult then by fake gestures, especially with public displays of patriotism. The public sees this as fake and disingenuous.
