They hide a good chunk of the total bonuses for the execs and senior managers in their deferred comp plans.
Good news, TIAA has over payed for subpar leadership for years. y’all had a raise 10 years ago
@aa No raises because the Board will raise T's compensation above $18M, and the Board will give all Executive VPs a bump and add to their deferred compensation golden parachute packages. The Frisco cost overruns, the high price of shutting down Denver, the disasterous Accenture adventure, the massive outflows, Nuveen's underperformance, the countless lawsuits, and the huge spike in health insurance premiums due to massive GLP-1 usage, are all putting the brakes on comp increases for the rank and file.
March 1st should be interesting
How much you wanna bet no raises for anyone over $100k again this February (or maybe they lower that to anyone making $80k or moredont get a raise) but T and her team will get a huge raise and bonus.
