It's for everyone and will be monitored by badge swipes. It will not be at manager discretion.
In HR's defence, it is largely a job that can be done in your PJs.
These rules don’t apply to HR
Finance and HR didn’t enforce the 3 days per week, so it’s doubtful they’ll enforce the 4 days per week.
