A couple straight forward qualifying questions from intelligent buyers leave the account mgr completely d-mbfounded.
Ricoh is not sure what it wants to be when it grows up. They keep pitching "digital" internally but have done nothing to promote the new direction except for having the front-line acct mgr. people push the customer "personas" for new business. Lazy and lack of commitment from Ricoh
Yup. Ricoh investors finally interested in making money. Problem is they still aren’t sure how to go about it.
