Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

My morale is zero right now

I'm not laid off, so luckily, I have the luxury of looking for new opportunities while I still have a job. Perhaps this company thinks that the employees will now work harder than ever because of the pressure of the new cuts that some are already talking about, but I don't think that will happen. Everyone who has any skills would rather look for new opportunities than remain in limbo until the next layoffs. Morale is destroyed.

Your morale wasn't zero for years? Were you overly medicated or something? ;-)

The reason Pepsico keep doing these layoffs every other year is because they layoff good folks and realize the cr-p they have retained. Then the loop keeps on repeating like an infinity...lol

the post mortem town hall was pretty cold and faceless following work flow reductions. to get an hour video instead of CEO addressing direct was unreal.
