On 12/5 U.S. court rules Cognizant’s H-1B practices unlawfully harmed non-Indian workers and disproportionately displaced American employees. No way anyone could have seen that coming!

On the bright side, Cognizant has been hiring non H1B's because of President Trumps 100K fee on non American workers. Likely at a lower rate but its something.
