I remember they used to target 75% against the comparator survey.

Our salary is at the 50% mark compared to the market now (as per our own management). So, it the salary increase really an increase? Or is it just trying to be at the “average”?
I quit because of all the outsourcing to KLTC and BTC, and for the promotions and opportunities going to different countries. Strong believed, and been right since, that I could have a more meaningful and fulfilling career elsewhere.

You mean to say that you got a raise? Interesting as I haven't for like 4th or 5th year in a row. Oh, you're an NI and passed a PIP? Sorry, you're not eligible but we thank you for your many contributions. Keep trying harder!
Money helps tolerate the insufferable inept supervisors and toxic culture + toxic ranking system (is coming again!!).
The company is slowly realizing it’s not a leader in the industry. All hands on deck to erase the sins of the past and try to change the culture.
Funny how these toxic managers are the ones assigned to these culture change committees. Must be part of their developing plans.
