I've not had the chance to listen to the all hands meeting today. Were there any groundbreaking announcements? Was there something about PIP in the meeting?

Only great news, nobody will be laidoff for the next 10 years!
You missed PG singing We wish you a Merry Christmas..how appropriate, while thousands are losing their jobs. I hope they read the comments in Circuit about his little song and dance. Like someone commented "that information was more of an email notification than a meeting". All b-to the s.
Amen. And amen. And amen. You have to forgive me. I'm not familiar with the local custom. Where I come from, you always say "Amen" after you hear a prayer. Because that's what you just heard - a prayer. Where I come from, that particular prayer is called "The Prayer for the Dead." You just heard The Prayer for the Dead, my fellow stockholders, and you didn't say, "Amen." This company is dead. I didn't ki-l it. Don't blame me. It was dead when I got here. It's too late for prayers. For even if the prayers were answered, and a miracle occurred, and the yen did this, and the dollar did that, and the infrastructure did the other thing, we would still be dead. You know why? New technologies. Obsolescence. We're dead alright. We're just not broke. And you know the surest way to go broke? Keep getting an increasing share of a shrinking market.
@1ijf+1kbcMBTn We are gonna make Intel great again. We will do this by following Grovian principles. We'll move on from the layoffs and work at breakneck pace. We are going to do more process node releases then ever before. We're going to be a lean, mean fighting machine.
Pat and ELT have no clue to lean and breakneck. They have been given a can of whoop a$$ by people who do. Like they can turn it around or have the people who know and can. Just because the executives say so doesn’t make it so. Like the Apples, AMD, Nvidia and TSMC will pull an LTD FUBAR or have leaders as inept as Paul, BK, Bob, LOL
all hands? it was a look ma no hands meeting before pat crashed his bike
We are gonna make Intel great again. We will do this by following Grovian principles. We'll move on from the layoffs and work at breakneck pace. We are going to do more process node releases then ever before. We're going to be a lean, mean fighting machine. Everyone will want to use us for manufacturing... well, all except that ex- customer who made that little chip that is 'o.k.' and never mind that it will be built on American soil in Arizona by that impish little Taiwanese company that rhymes with ISMC. We aim to win that all back anyway.
Why dont they just split the company already? Ultimate death will be much quicker. I do not trust upper management at all. If employees owned the company we would not be in this position.
Basically intel execs are cowards who don’t take ownership.
All hands meeting? All out of hands.
I think in terms of lies told per second it was the best stream in company history.
Good luck!
2016 ERP retiree here — I take it that CPO = Chief People Officer = another B.S. no -technical leadership position?
If yes, ugh.
CPO is terrible and can never answer questions.
Bad 👎
Along with IMBOS, ranking and rating is back! It’s 1999!
Intel will again become the leaders in process as they are chosen ones and with that leadership will crush AMD and Nvidia in HPC as they have no chance.l with inferior process and more expensive process.
Intel will become leader in Foundry and manufacture of choice because of process leadership, cost and scale leadership, complete ecosystem and stellar customer service and long history of trust and delivering for the customer
IDM2.0 and IFS or to he-l
