I've been looking for other options for a long time, but I'm getting a little depressed because the offers I get usually mean a significant pay cut. It seems that this is the harsh reality for the majority of us who are looking for new jobs?
That's why it's in my interest to stay here as long as possible, although I'm also aware of the risk of having to look for a job when jobless. I just hope that in the end I won't have to accept a much lower paying job.

What happened at the GTM call? Anything interesting said? Decided not to attend after wasting two hours of my life yesterday.
After the GTM call I got the feeling that there will be no big redundancies.
They will not back fill positions that leave through attrition unless there core sales etc or a needed role.
Hence leaner without redundancies.
Big layoff coming in january. You may not have long time here.
