Unbelievable that no one has posted about the collapse of Citrix Virtual desktop system that most Claims and UW use for the last two weeks! Most adjuster in P&C, A&H, WC and UW lost all of last week as no one could use the system long enough to produce anything. It's always been a patchy system but in finally, finally broke down severely enough to affect major business accounts!! IT had brought Microsoft in for multi bridge calls and they get the urgency of the issue!
It's still not anywhere near fixed as the workaround that was presented as a temporary solution isn't helping at all.
No one is able to meet Service Level Agreements or Good Fath practices required by our State Licensing and we hear crickets from Home Office?
If HO comes down on adjusters for these failings at review time, there's going to be a MAJOR WALKOUT of top performers especially who have finally had enough of low wages compared to our competitors and zero to nothing raises (2%??) after busting our butts to make AIG look good and dealing with this faulty production system at same time.
Major Business Accounts and brokers are complaining but has HO even told them the truth??
SERIOUSLY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! NO ADJUSTER OR UW BETTER BE BLAMED FOR THIS! AND ALL THE MONEY THAT DEPT MANAGERS SAVED BY NO RAISES AND NOT REPLACING THOSE THAT HAVE LEFT BETTER START FLOWING BACK DOWN TO SHOW UP AS SALARY INCREASES!
