They don't value employees, and some of the tactics they're using to cut costs feel downright deceitful and unethical. If I could give them any advice, it would be to just put us out of our misery. These slow, constant layoffs where they keep cutting our best people are just torturous. If the plan is to ki-l the company, then get on with it instead of this slow, painful death march.

Not only has the commission rates went down it is very difficult for clinical people to attain but the real kick in the face is to see the upper level guys getting double digit percentage increase.
Hopefully he doesn’t invite the MN State Governor to the annual holiday party again.

If you know how GM could always find a way to got his bonus paid in amazing amount regardless of the stock performance, you'll know they actually put ExCOM >>>>> shareholders

I agree. They talk a lot about putting patients first, but are doing the opposite of that. Shareholders >>> patients.
