Instead of A3M, they are doing R3M now.

Retreat 3M. Back to previous org structure.

Now wonder the share price is retreating.

The reason for this is that once we are regional or then global, it is easy to reason that any job in that group, can be done by anyone in that region. This will make it easier to move jobs from US to GSC as we are "one" team. They are desperate to save money.

MR is reversing what they did to Advance 3M. These organizational changes are disastrous.

I remember Mike said 3M decentralized model allowed quick response during pandemic. Now they are centralizing everything. These guys have no clue what they are doing.
