What are all the end of year ratings used in Fid? Is it just Successful performance and unsuccessful performance?

There are 5 ratings but e, s, and I are talked about. It s+ and s- are the secret ratings
@dg u can argue but that won’t change a damn thing. It makes the situation worse. Some1 i work with argued 90% and she got 70% the following year.
@dk, You're part the problem! Leave the firm and be dead wood somewhere else. You're pulling down your team and their ability to get things done.
@dg last year someone I knew who got SP received 80%
And someone who received ESP received 70%
The ESP was given a different BS story about budgeting, role-wise payouts etc etc
Moral of the story: Do what you can, don't burn yourself out while trying to impress your manager, peers.
Spend more time with your loved ones, don't spend hours in the evening trying to figure out which sh---y developer wrote this bad config update.
You're more than your job, just do the bare minimum, but make sure EVERYONE in the team likes you, knows you what you're doing.
PS: All managers are snake in this firm.
What's the bonus range for Inconsistence Performance(IP), Satisfactory (SP) and Exceptional (EP) though?
Last year I got 80% for a SP, is that within the normal range? This year I plan to argue if my snaky manager keep playing his favoritism game.
