I remember about 5 years ago. I was interested in a photonics role. I had initiated several business opportunities and had interview sessions. The so called corporate fellow TL was one of the interviewees who never had time to schedule an interview. Finally he scheduled at the last minute when my kid had holiday and I was taking care. I somehow figure out a way to drop my kid with a neighbor to reach for the interview on time and guess what he stood me up. After which I never pursued that position. Completely non professional.

I am glad DL is retiring. Had an interview with her and she said all good but apparently I was not passionate.
