I can’t continue working 60 hours a week.
Our culture has never been worse.
In most teams the managers that are super aware will hold reqs open when they think RIFs are going to hit their team to minimize impact.
I was on a team at corporate once that averaged >100% turnover a year for several years in a row.
This is by design. Channel leaders want to burn their reps out because they’re sh---y leaders. The managers they hire to replace tenured leaders who they burned out are unprofessional and inappropriate that just accelerates agent burnout, new and tenured.
This company is a joke but make NO mistake: LC is doing this by design. Whether he realizes it’s bad or not is a different story.
Everybody I know is burned out. None have left yet, but most are looking so it won't be long.
