Also one can just write "non-closing" stores, you dont need to write the word liquidate again and again. Also, use abbreviations. USVI, CA, NY, NJ, etc.. This list is very unpleasant to look at, as mentioned below.
To the posters below, you are spot on! And OP, this is wrong. There are 5 small Sears stores, (mattress stores, etc.), so the count of Sears should be 17, and the count of Kmarts should be 8. Total of 25, then.
Please learn about formatting for readability. Blank lines are your friend.
Also I want to add that this same list has been spammed on about 17 different retail websites, groups, subs, etc., by the same person. Just copied and pasted all over the place, presumably to get clicks on his other pages. Too transparently obvious.
This list is like unreadable word salad. Just a bunch of letters with no numbering or anything. Moreover, there is no such thing as half a Kmart. Either it is one or it isn't. Also, this list, for some odd reason, does not include the small format Sears stores, so it isn't accurate. Even if all Hometowns are closing (and I'm not yet fully convinced they are), there are 5 OTHER small format Sears, in places like Kansas, which this list completely ignores.
Also, I see no reason to mention twice, that there are zero Kmarts currently closing. We can see SB360's list so we Know that only Frederick MD Sears is closing.
Long story short, this whole thing is unreadable, inaccurate word salad.
