My guess is most posting here are not American. Odd phrasing and cadence. Little understanding if any of the company.
There's nothing interesting to disclose. "Hey, we can't get any parts and we keep laying everyone off!"
Nobody wants those secrets.
"Billy likes to drink soda. Miss Lippy's car is green."
Sign the NDA!!! The information you have is of no value to any competitor. And, NDA's are nearly impossible to enforce, unlike a non-compete.
Xerox soon will not be able to afford high dollar and heavyweight lawyers.
I would definitely talk to a lawyer that knows the situation. Stranger things have happened.
Revenue declines daily. The majority of people i know are extremely bitter toward Xerox and Xerox’s extremely bad management. People left this company not to get rich, but for payback. Treat people like you want to be treated. Common sense 101. Its not that hard.
The employees here wanted this place to be successful and work. But Xerox’s policies and unbelievably bad management prevented that. Nice job.
I can sleep like a baby at night, knowing that I did the right thing. Never in question. Popping popcorn 🍿 right now and watching the fireworks from my boat. ⛵️ Enjoy…..
Why would you do that?
Expect to not pass go and not collect 200$.
Are we talking about "Non Disclosure" as in like a new piece of equipment that no one knows about or "Severance" as when you end up laid off???? Big difference...
Direct Xerox Service Tech is 8 weeks. Manager level is 12 weeks. It's considered a bonus so you lose about 50 percent in taxes. However you get the money back when you file your federal taxes. U.S.A...not sure about other countries...
What is severance anymore 2 weeks? is that worth it to you?
If you refuse to sign it you will not get paid your severance.
Non disclosure ? Heaven forbid someone giving away the secrets of the mouse. That can’t happen. No possible way.
But i digress…..🐭
what would you be disclosing?
Hoo-hoo-hoo, go on, take the money and run!
It's pretty simple...either sign or forget about your severance money
On the other hand if you think down the road you have a valid reason to sue Xerox, don't sign....However Xerox is smart enough to tie up for years whatever you think you have rights to....so....better to sign and walk away
You will get nowhere trying to negotiate that and will not receive severance. Take the money and run!
Management will go ape sh-t and threaten loss of severance if lay-off occurs…Been there .
