Mike Roman has become a pathological liar. He claims job reductions are “BG led” when he is the one signing off on the reduction targets. He even disciplined his ow staff for mentioning other layoffs in their comms materials. He is both a liar and coward for not owning up to what he is ordering.

He is making sure he has no competition to his position. Hires from outside and use them to eliminate long time 3Mers. He only care about keeping his position and benefits.

Roman, Consigliere Patolawala, and Attorney Rhodes, are representative of the greed and corruption that permeate corporate America.

I don't think "become" is right, just we are seeing what is really there. He hired a CFO and accounting officers who both were known to create hostile work environment at their last jobs (heck, one was even in a court in Europe) so you are seeing exactly what is there.
Face facts, he is not a good person.
