Doubtful but legalizing Mari--ana will present some interesting cases. Imagine 3M finds promising talent willing to join this tire fire in the frozen tundra of twin cities but - the person is an offhours toker.
Will it hire someone who meets the crown act but fails a dr-g test. Will 3M be sued for discrimination? Given this company's terrible legal department, I can see 3M getting in hot water.
