Yes, some other things are shuffled around as well but, mostly, it's just a good excuse to get rid of a bunch of people. If you are wondering if layoffs are coming, yes, they are. I've never heard of a reorganization that didn't come with major cuts in employees. Be ready for it.

Announced today merger of Robotics and Innovation business. Again something that was combined then split and now merged again. Can someone do waste analysis on how much $$ they waste with every Org change. The Org is too management heavy with no rewards for actual good talent trying to keep lights on. Not sure how long GM can hold his seat.
I heard RIFS started today. IT and Customer Care…anyone else hear anything?
GM reorganizing and reducing heads to save his job…no clue how.
How many people are going to stick around next year if we start off on the wrong foot again like this year? This seems like a bad shell game.... Concentrate on executing instead of nonstop people shuffling. Nobody knows who does what as it is.
