Lawsuits are public info. Lawsuits open the door for lawyers and other government agencies to dig into what would have been kept private. Doesn’t seem like it worked out too well for R. given what’s gone on since. Best best it will be newsworthy, even headline worthy, when it’s done.

"Informed-by-truth" has it right. WHEN will the word get out to the rank and file about what is actually going on?? JC gets all the blame for what?? The crooked ones down at the Hall for colluding with-NOT the Russians, but with the Company?? This next contract should be a doozy! It will be the last one I see. Let's see what they give away to protect their skins/jobs!!! I hate to say it but it's time for the T rates to stand up and start a new Legacy for GE Schenectady!!!
Its so sad how many people speak out about the “lawsuit”, yet really have no idea who is suing who and why. When will anyone question RM about his lawsuit? When will people ask why a counter suit from JC was warranted? When will people ask for the truth from 301 and National regarding their fake audit and lies to the federal government? When will the local hourly workers demand a separation of the company and the union as its supposed to be? Instead of entertaining every demand of local HR for their personal desires against the workforce? Folks should also be asking why this website takes down comments or topics that ask for the truth, while allowing bs to stay posted?

If the union was not so corrupt, there would be no need for legal action. Many people support and stand behind JC. We're just not as vocal as the blowhards on this web site. By the way, how's the DOL investigation going? Can't wait to see the corrupt union officers put in their proper place, behind bars.
@1yhv+1kZMaPf8, I agree to point but RM sucks too in my opinion, but JC is the lowest of the low, sues his own union brothers. He can spin it how he wants but it's TRUE.
If there is, it's JC's fault, can't even get along with his own, suing his own union. He's a little man, that hides behind his wife. If he where a man (laughable) he'd sue for $ 1 to make his point. My guess is he he needs the dough, probably doesn't pay his bills and is desperate. Long live RM!
