You can only volunteer for severance if the company if running a redundancy program, which it isn't.
You can ask your boss to be top of the list if it happens, which is what I've done.
Set a meeting with your SVP or higher, close the door, and get on your knees. Just don’t make eye contact.
Recent and limited RIF was mainly for people rated as "needs improvement". So, sucking at your job would have been one way to get what you're proposing, but that ship has sailed for now.
So, stop being a f** grifter and just get out. Your attitude is embarassing.
You can’t get a severance if you are employed with another company within 60 days from lay off date. You’ll have to return it.
Speak with VP-level in your line of reporting. If you have a good relationship with them, they will happily oblige. I've witnessed this happen before. Good luck. Just don't tell anyone.
Can you just stop showing up and see if they notice?
Send Raghu an email showing your backside
