What was your PEP Rating and what was your raise last year?

Im a D02 and was satisfactory last year and got 2.9%. This year my manager threw me an exceptional. Just wondering what anyone else experienced.

No need to tell me I'm drinking the Kool aid or that I am doomed. Yes I know I'm on a sinking ship and should just be lucky I'm getting a paycheck. No need to repeat all the misery.

I suspect the target will be something like 2.5%. In order for anyone to get more, someone else must get less.

Everyone is exceptional or rates themselves this. I learned last year, you may check all the boxes for a big increase but ultimately the final increase percentage is approved or altered by your local President.
