I hope that my severance will move my family back from bumblef*ck nowhere. Sure seems like they’re looking for reasons to bounce everyone without that though. I’m so stupid for trusting this company after they have so clearly shown exactly who they are time after time.

The company will not make anyone pay for relo, if you get let go, they will take that into account and not make you pay for it. Although if you quit that’s a different ball park.. be smart and make smart moves

I hope they make those that relocated right, it’s literally the least they could do if they want to maintain some semblance of integrity. I close friend of mine believes that they’ll actually be asked to repay their relo package as it was less than a year before he was laid off. I really hope that’s not the case, be better TMO.

I remember getting the highest rating in my given department for 7 years. I got a new trash manager. He asked me to do the work for a team of 5 while the rest golfed. When I couldn’t, he gave me a bad review. I was laid off at the same time he was. I got a job in one day and has not found one even to this date. Three years later. Good riddance to T-Mobile and that garbage manager Mike Nelson.

Chatbot could help them along with the letter below since Magentapede allows FLM to give employee ratings without performance reviews.
