The greatest leader can be measured by this :
A Regional Sales Leader (RSL) that is respected by his/her team, trusted by clients and partners and challenges the AVPs, Cloud dictators and above. Anyone who can achieve that is a true leader.
Aren't all our managers and leaders open, honest,direct and transparent and now right sizing sorry right sitting their areas of responsibility 🤣🤣🤣
Basic aptitude. A person who can be a doer and a leader.
No ego. No power trips.
Has an inability to say "I/Me"
Who denounced the a-s kissers as opposed to celebrating them and giving the a-s kissers a false sense of worth and value
A real leader describes a vision of what could be achieved, helps place goals along the journey, encourages those they support to define their path to the shared goals and helps them on the way.
So quite the opposite of what we actually have.
Perhaps we should have asked them before they all left… the remaining ones seem to be struggling a little.
